Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Shafi’u Usman Bawa was discovered deceased in his residence in Kontagora, Niger State. The incident was reported by his father, Mr. Usman Bawa, a resident of the Rigasa area in Kontagora. According to the Niger State Police Command’s Public Relations Officer, Superintendent Wasiu Abiodun, ASP Bawa was found hanging from the ceiling of his room.
